The Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community that sits on 20 beautiful acres in the heart of California’s wine country. This facility is surrounded by a variety of great restaurants, shops, and wineries. The Meadows of Napa Valley has 69 skilled nursing beds and hundreds of private apartments for various levels of care. They pride themselves in continuity of care by offering outpatient services, wellness classes and personal fitness training.

The team all works together to support the residents through their aging journey. Developing relationships with the residents in Independent Living allows them to feel comfortable when they have an injury and need outpatient services. They support families as loved ones transition through various levels of living. The therapy team is very diverse and works closely together with the patient’s best interests in mind.

The Meadows has a new spacious state of the art treatment gym fully stocked with the latest technologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The therapists utilize the anti-gravity treadmill, e-stim, ultrasound, diathermy virtual reality and ACP synchrony. The gym includes a private speech therapy and a private outpatient treatment room. It also has a fully equipped ADL kitchen and bathroom.
