“Oregon Veterans Home Lebanon is a 154-bed skilled nursing facility filled with modernization and innovative design using a small home model. The campus includes four neighborhoods with 11 homes and a community center. This facility has many unique features, including a fully equipped kitchen accessible 24/7, a dining room with large tables so meals can be served family style, and a living room with a fireplace. The therapy staff even includes two veterans!
This is a unique environment and program that allows therapy to excel with full support of the administration. Therapy equipment needs are never an issue. Patients are referred to as “”Veterans”” and there are multiple houses that we serve; Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta. Full suite of ACP equipment.
It has a modern gym design, which include private treatment areas and full ACP equipment is available. The gym is well equipped with all items needed for providing quality rehabilitation.
It is truly an honor to serve those that have served us. The facility does a great job in supplying us with what we need and want so we can give the Veteran’s what they need for best recovery.
