Mirabella is located on the campus of Arizona State University in Tempe Arizona. It is a beautiful 20-story state-of-the-art Continuing Care Retirement Community. It offers Independent living (up to 478 resident capacity), Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing (20 beds all private rooms) with brand new therapy equipment and a high focus on providing individualized care and includes a very low Nurse/Caregiver to patient ratio. They also offer Outpatient PT/OT/Speech therapy on the first floor adjacent to the independent living gym and aquatic center. They have a fully functional rehabilitation gym including E-Stim, Diathermy, Ultrasound, and an OMNI VR (virtual reality computer screen offering a wide variety of therapeutic exercises and activities).

The therapy team has a focus on their patient’s care and safety. They bring their expertise in Speech, Physical and Occupational therapy to help their patients live their best life.

They have a skilled nursing gym and a state of the art outpatient gym on the ground floor. They have ACP Modalities and the latest equipments to ensure our patient’s needs are addressed.
