Clinicians at Marquis Forest Grove regularly do home safety assessments by taking residents who are preparing for discharge to their homes to practice getting around and to ensure all safety measures are in place. Community members on both our assisted living campus and in surrounding townships rely on outpatient therapy services for recovery and life-long wellness solutions.

The facility has two gym spaces offering functional kitchens, full ACP product OMNI VR, omnicycle, E-stim, ultrasound, and diathermy. The speech therapist is VitalStim certified and an expert in dysphagia advancement. The therapy team serves both the inpatient and outpatient community. The team is skilled in Consonus clinical programs including Stand Strong balance, cognitive disabilities model, and chronic conditions. Clinicians have additional training with stroke rehab and other neurological impairments.
