Gresham Post Acute Care and Rehab provides compassionate and personalized skilled nursing care 24 hours a day. This 78-bed facility specializes in providing the following programs: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. It is home to the only ventilator Skilled Nursing Facility in Oregon with excellent outcomes.

The team continues to grow with the new ventilator program. The Rehab Director has developed a team that mirrors the facility’s passion to do what is needed for their patients for optimal success. The therapy team specializes in ventilator rehab training. Therapist support new staff and embrace fellow team members’ input.

A new gym has recently been constructed with the creation of the ventilator wing. It is a large well equipped treatment area, which includes a full functioning therapy kitchen and a transition to home bedroom.
