The community at Pacific Palms is a very warm and nurturing one for its patients. When the team brings a potential patient on a facility tour, the rehab team is always there to welcome and answer any questions. Their therapists provide services seven days a week, with flexible scheduling.
“Do the right thing” is Consonus’ motto and the therapists here really apply that concept – not just to patient care, but to helping out the facility and being there for other employees. We have three Consonus Ambassadors within our full-time team who help drive positive culture.
Saratoga’s therapy team is made up of a very seasoned staff, with some members working there for over 15 years. Their gym includes a private treatment room and an outdoor obstacle course for training. Advanced treatment equipment is utilized regularly including Omnicycle, omni VR, multiple modalities including diathermy, e-stim and ultrasound. Also, some specialty programs offered include lymphedema treatment, aquatic therapy, and 1:1 personal fitness training.
I’m very thankful to be a part of the Consonus Healthcare team, a team which works hard to rehabilitate and creatively determine the best plan of care and solutions to maximize the functional abilities of each of our patients; a team which intentionally builds bridges with our key partners in nursing and other facility specialists; and a team which provides the training and support to facilitate each employee’s success and continual professional growth.
