Small and quaint skilled nursing facility in a great location on 20th Ave just off Burnside in Portland. LTC focus. Comprehensive rehab is recognized and celebrated. The home like environment is appreciated by the residents.
This is our smallest program with focus on LTC/ICF patients. We are grateful to have the same team provide treatment at this location. The caliber of rehabilitation is top notched. This facility has 30 beds.
The environment is very homelike and using the facility’s amenities similar to a group home is unique and good change of pace for the therapist.
Even though it is a small facility it is good to know we make a difference in the residents lives.
